Welcome to the Winga Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Winga Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Winga.
By registering as an affiliate or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Winga Affiliate Program allows approved individuals, creators, marketers, influencers, or businesses (“Affiliate,” “Partner,” or “You”) to promote Winga products, services, or the platform in exchange for commissions or rewards based on eligible referrals or sales.
Participation in the Program is subject to approval by Winga.
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate registration information
Maintain an active Winga affiliate account
Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules
Winga reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.
Affiliates agree to:
Promote Winga honestly and professionally
Use approved marketing materials where applicable
Avoid misleading or deceptive advertising
Follow brand guidelines and affiliate rules
Protect account credentials and referral links
Affiliates are responsible for their own marketing activities.
Affiliate referrals may be tracked through:
Referral links
Promo or referral codes
Campaign tracking systems
In-app tracking mechanisms
A referral or commission is considered valid only when properly recorded by Winga systems.
Winga reserves the right to determine final eligibility of referrals and commissions.
Affiliates may earn commissions based on:
Successful referred purchases
Qualified user registrations
Approved completed transactions
Promotional campaigns or bonus programs
Payments may be processed according to Winga’s payout schedule.
Winga reserves the right to:
Change commission structures
Delay payouts for fraud review
Reject invalid or suspicious referrals
Withhold earnings obtained through abuse or manipulation
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Affiliates must NOT:
Use spam or unsolicited messages
Create fake accounts or fake purchases
Misrepresent Winga or make false promises
Use misleading advertisements
Engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of referral systems
Bid on restricted branded keywords without approval
Use unauthorized coupons or promotions
Self-referrals or attempts to manipulate commissions may result in account termination.
Winga grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use approved:
Logos
Brand materials
Marketing content
Promotional assets
Affiliates may not alter, misuse, or falsely represent Winga branding.
All intellectual property remains owned by Winga.
Winga may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for:
Fraudulent activity
Violation of these Terms
Brand misuse
Fake referrals or transactions
Misleading promotions
Termination may result in cancellation of unpaid commissions obtained through prohibited activity.
Affiliates are independent partners and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Winga.
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and legal obligations.
Winga shall not be liable for:
Lost profits or earnings expectations
Tracking failures caused by technical issues
Delayed payments due to fraud investigations
Service interruptions
Participation in the Program is at your own risk.
Winga may modify:
Commission rates
Payment structures
Affiliate requirements
Promotional rules
Changes may take effect immediately upon notice or publication.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The United Republic of Tanzania.
